Terms of use

Last updated: October 24, 2026. This is a translation of the Portuguese version, which prevails if the two differ.

These terms govern the use of the website midascs.com.br ("Midas CS"). By creating an account or subscribing to a plan, you agree to them. Please also read the Privacy policy and the Cancellation and refund policy.

1. Who we are

Midas CS is a service operated by Kawe, an individual, in Brazil. Contact: kawe13k@gmail.com.

2. What the service offers

• Estimates of the probability of winning Counter-Strike 2 (esports) matches, calculated by a statistical model from the public history of matches and players.
• The estimates are statistical information. They are not a guarantee of results, they are not betting advice and they may be wrong.
• Midas CS does not accept bets, does not broker bets and does not pay out prizes of any kind.
• The data comes from public sources and may have delays or errors. The date of the model's last training and of the last match it considered is shown on the site.

3. Account

• You log in with a code sent to your email. You are responsible for keeping access to your email secure.
• Each account is personal and non-transferable. Sharing your account is not allowed.
• You must be 18 or older to subscribe to a plan.

4. Free prediction

Each person is entitled to one free prediction per day, which resets at midnight (Brasília time). It is limited to one per day per account and per internet connection, and it is not available for temporary emails. Creating several accounts or using other means to get around this limit may lead to the accounts involved being blocked.

5. Plans and limits

• Basic (Básico): R$ 15.99 per month, up to 5 predictions per day.
• Pro: R$ 29.99 per month, up to 10 predictions per day.
• Elite: R$ 45.99 per month, up to 20 predictions per day.
• If you pay from outside Brazil, through PayPal: US$ 3.99 (Basic), US$ 6.99 (Pro) and US$ 9.99 (Elite), for 30 days.
• The daily quota resets at midnight (Brasília time) and does not accumulate. Predictions that fail because of invalid data do not use up the quota.
• To protect the service, there are also per-minute usage limits.

6. Payment and renewal

• Card (when available on the site, through Stripe or Mercado Pago): monthly subscription with automatic renewal, charged every month from the date you subscribed.
• Pix: direct payment to the Pix key shown on the site, for the exact amount of the plan. Your 30 days of access start after we confirm the payment in our account. To speed this up, send the receipt through the WhatsApp or Telegram shown on the site. There is no automatic renewal; a new Pix paid before the end adds another 30 days.
• PayPal (if you pay from outside Brazil): payment in US dollars through the PayPal button on the site, for the exact amount of the plan. Your 30 days of access start after we confirm the payment in our PayPal account; to speed this up, send the receipt through the WhatsApp or Telegram shown on the site. There is no automatic renewal; a new payment made before the end adds another 30 days.
• Card payments are processed by Stripe, Mercado Pago or PayPal. Midas CS does not receive or store your card details.
• When you switch to a more expensive plan, the prorated difference is charged immediately. When you switch to a cheaper plan, the change applies from the next renewal.

7. Cancellation and refunds

You can cancel whenever you want, and your access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for. Refunds, including the 7-day right of withdrawal, follow the Cancellation and refund policy.

8. Referral program

• Under My account you can create a referral link with a name of your choice. Each account has only one link, and the name cannot be changed later.
• The referrer receives 20% of the amount of each subscription or renewal paid by new accounts created through their link. If a person opens links from more than one referrer before signing up, the last one counts. The referred person pays nothing extra for this.
• Only confirmed payments count. Refunded payments (including within the 7-day withdrawal period) or disputed payments do not earn a commission; if the commission on one of them has already been paid, it is deducted from the next ones.
• Referring yourself (for example, through another account of yours), fake accounts and misleading or spam promotion do not count. In these cases, the commissions involved are not paid and the link may be removed.
• Links with offensive names, or names that impersonate another person, a brand or Midas CS itself, may be removed.
• To get paid, contact us through the WhatsApp or Telegram shown on the site. The commission is paid by Pix.
• The percentage and the rules may change, or the program may end, with at least 30 days' notice. Commissions on payments made before the change remain valid.

9. Prohibited use

You may not:

• copy, bulk-extract or resell the estimates;
• use bots or automation to query the service;
• try to get around limits, payments or the site's security;
• share your account;
• try to reproduce the model through reverse engineering.

In these cases, the account may be suspended. Where the law requires it, you will be notified beforehand.

10. Limitation of liability

The service is provided for informational purposes. Decisions made based on the estimates, including bets placed on other sites, are the sole responsibility of whoever makes them. We do our best to keep the site available and correct, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or the absence of errors. Nothing in these terms limits the rights guaranteed by the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code (Código de Defesa do Consumidor).

11. Intellectual property

The site, the model, the texts and the Midas CS brand belong to its operator. A subscription grants a right of personal use and does not transfer any of these rights.

12. Changes

These terms may be updated. Relevant changes, and any price change, will be announced by email at least 30 days in advance. A price change only applies from the renewal after the notice.

13. Governing law and jurisdiction

Brazilian law applies, in particular the Consumer Protection Code and the General Data Protection Law (LGPD). The courts of the consumer's place of residence have jurisdiction.
